The Iranian government, through a website proxy, has laid out what it considers the legal and religious justification for the destruction of Israel and the slaughter of Jews worldwide. Calling Israel a danger to Islam, the website Alef, with ties to the supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamani, said the opportunity must not be lost to remove “this corrupting material.” There is a “jurisprudential justification” to kill all the Jews and annihilate Israel, and in that “the Islamic government of Iran must take the helm.” The article written by Alireza Forghani, a strategy specialist in Khamenei’s camp, is being shown on most state owned sites, including the Revolutionary Guards’ Fars News Agency, a clear indication this view is embraced by the regime.
After this weekend; I have much respect for the folks who put in some serious mileage on the trails. We talk about books and movies which depict people bugging out due to a SHTF situation, but do we really know what it takes to do that? I know our military members know about this, but for folks who have not put any time into walking long distances, pay attention to this segment of our beginning hiking for the prepper series. Three million Americans, often ridiculed by family, friends and mainstream media for their paranoia, aren’t the only ones preparing for the potentiality of catastrophe resulting from natural or man-made causes. Recent legislation in Wyoming would open the door to studies into the possibility of far-from-equilibrium situations and SHTF preparedness plans that include alternate currencies in the event of a dollar collapse, redundant food distribution networks, preserving utility infrastructures, as well as raising and maintaining a well regulated militia if the situation calls for it.
It is a fact that our country is more reliant on electrical power today than at any time in its history. Our way of life – from everyday conveniences and the security of local emergency services to commerce and communications – is contingent upon an always on, always available flow of electricity. But an aging infrastructure coupled with a rise in natural and man-made disasters threatens our entire modern day digital infrastructure. According to many experts from the private and public sector, we’re just one major catastrophic event away from a complete meltdown of life in America as we know it today.

I know our readers (and myself) waited with great anticipation for the new episode of Doomsday Preppers: You Shall Not Fear. As this season has progressed, it has become very interesting. We were given a look into the lives of three families (one single person) who prepare for whatever scenario they feel will occur. But for this episode, these three were very interesting.
